Kettlebell combinations at Girya Studio





Nothing was consistent about my training today except each swing/snatch/clean/press/combination set was alternated by a 40 rep set of 2 handed swings w/16kg! All other combinations (including 5 - 1 min sets of various 1 and 2 hand swings as a warm up) were done with the 12kg.

Total workout time approx 50 min.

I want to commend the angle of the camera today (especially in the third video). We got a front-view of what you were doing but your mirror-reflection was a side-view. Being able to see 270 degrees around you really shoots the didactic value of your videos through the roof. Thanks

Considering that I used to be (very recently) completely computer/camera/technology illiterate, I'm still working on getting things right!

I'll keep taping @ Girya, but next I'll figure out how to get some music going for my own workouts!

Argg... Still too cold to swim, but I have been thinking about the logistcs of getting a bike! A swimsuit will fit in my suitcase....but a bike, now that could be a problem!

Cold????
Yesterday, it was -5 here. Today it's a high of 2! Perfect for the indoor pool at the school! I'll think of you while doing my laps!
